Diabetic Education Class, November 5th & 12th, 2012 from 7-9pm
We are requiring this class for all of our Saturday, Free Clinic Diabetic patients, and strongly recommending it for all of our weekly patients. A $10 donation is being asked for to cover room, supplies, and fees. You can register and pay at the clinic, over the phone, or on our website!
